Flying at sunset is magic. The almost setting sun illuminates the landscape at a different angle, and makes it unique.

Hi Stan,
Lovely shots, especially the one on approach to North with the instrument lights. Great exposure.
How is everything in Tenerife? How is the hotel business? Here in the UK, it is rather a disaster area and they are saying that we won’t be able to travel until September at the earliest. That will make it 18 months since we were able to travel!
But keep up the flying. When this Covid business is over, the airlines will expand like mad to cope with the pent-up demand.

Thanks! Yeah, the evening sun and light makes the images simply different. And it makes fun to fly at sunset. Hope to do even more in the future (weather permitting of course…).
The situation everywhere is not the best, planning is impossible. I just hope this nonsense will be over soon!
